As a subscriber, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
• Attend scheduled consultation sessions or provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling
• Pay monthly subscription fees by the due date specified
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect our staff and maintain professional conduct during all interactions

You may not use our services:

• For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• To harass, abuse, or harm our staff or other clients
• To transmit viruses or malicious code through our systems
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are owned by eolimarivent Financial Planning Services and protected by intellectual property laws.

Monthly subscription fees of $250 (including GST) are charged monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from our consultation services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the month when the issue occurred.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eolimarivent Financial Planning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.

Upon termination, you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period.
